OSCF (The president’s job)
• Board and Cub Meetings: prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, buy raffle prizes -File reports state and federal. The Big Three: 5013c, CT-12, 99N. April: Appoint a nominating committee consisting of 3 current board members. May: Committee submits list to the membership. June: Voting occurs.
• Renew annual OSCF Insurance policy.
• Prepare annual STEP Report: hours and activities.
• Keep club members informed of all STEP and club activities via email.
• Attend meetings in person and/or virtual and give input as appropriate. OFWC, PFMC, ODFW, etc.
• Submit written comment as appropriate.
Membership
• Secure new members and update the membership list as needed.
• Send out renewals in December, collect money and update list.
Merchandise
• promote and sell, order as needed, keep updated inventory
Social media, publicity, guest speakers
• Facebook, Website, prepare and distribute fliers, radio and news.
High School Fishing Club: Club advisor is Michelle Prudden
• Attend meetings
• Coordinate with the high school advisor (Michelle Prudden)
• Report back to the board
Icebox- OSCF maintains and controls access to the Icebox River Bar.
• OSCF members receive a parking pass. All others must pay an access fee.
• OSCF pays the landowner for the right of access.
